Glyco — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Clovy Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Clovy Health", "we", "us") governing your use of the Glyco mobile application ("Glyco", "the App") and related services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Glyco. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account within the App; deletion is permanent.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Glyco on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Subscriptions

Glyco offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Glyco Pro") that unlock premium features such as unlimited meal scans, blood sugar trend analytics, and AI coaching insights.

Subscription terms: Glyco Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. The exact title, length, and price of the subscription will be displayed in the App before purchase.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally paid, unless we have notified you of a change.
Managing your subscription: You may manage your subscription, view your renewal date, or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We are unable to provide refunds directly.

5. Health disclaimer

Glyco is not a medical device. The information provided by Glyco is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including diabetes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, diet, medication, or treatment plan. AI-generated meal analyses and blood sugar impact estimates are approximations and may not be accurate for your individual physiology. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in Glyco.

6. User responsibilities

You will use Glyco only for lawful purposes
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
You will not use Glyco to harm yourself or others
You will not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful
You will not abuse or attempt to disrupt our services

7. Intellectual property

Glyco, its content, design, and software are owned by Clovy Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. and are protected by intellectual property laws. The health data you enter remains yours; we only process it to provide the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Glyco at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm us or other users. You may stop using Glyco at any time and delete your account from the App.

9. Disclaimers

Glyco is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clovy Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Glyco. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates when the latest version took effect. Continued use of Glyco after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
